I'm so excited to introduce you all to my beautiful friend, Dana.  
 
Way back when I started dreaming about owning my own business, Dana was one of my very first friends to encourage me to do it. She has always been a huge supporter of my goals and my business. And now, I am happy to return the favor as she embarks on her path to becoming a yoga instructor! I have watched over the past year as Dana has immersed herself in the yoga community on Cape Cod and in Boston. It's been such a blessing to see such a close a friend find her passion.  
 
We have come a long way since our shenanigans on the volleyball court at Hamden High School, that is for sure!
