Danielle & Greg's Boston Wedding at Boston Long Wharf

You know it was a great wedding when your cheeks hurt from editing because you were smiling the entire time.

When I started shooting weddings, I did it because I believed in Love and I loved telling other peoples stories. I have said this a number of times, but photographing weddings has actually gotten me through some of the harder times over the past years. And now, in our society when there's seeming bad news everyday, the fact that I get to show up every weekend and witness love and happiness is such a blessing. The bear hugs, ear to ear smiles, laughs and happy tears have time and time again brought me back and served as a reminder of what is really important in this life and all that is good in this world.

But, even cooler than that? Is when you work with a couple like Danielle & Greg. A few years into my business, I went to a photography workshop and we had to write down who our "ideal client" would be. I wrote (paraphrased) :

fun, easy going and up for anything. They know how to make one another laugh. They value family... and more importantly value one another. They are a team and they are the type of people I would want to hang out with!

So yeah... basically I described Danielle & Greg. I don't know if these two could have had more fun on their wedding day if they tried! Pat and I had a blast just witnessing the entire thing! Here's a few of MANY faves from this amazing day!
